  1. What is causing me the most distress or interfering most with achieving my goals?

  2. What would my life be like if that could change?

  3. Would I be willing to spend some time, energy, and money to get the benefit of that change?

  4. What is it costing me not to change?

  5. What is the first step I can take toward making this change?

  6. How soon do I want to start?

  7. What do I need to do before starting?
